Product Manager

The Dibbzz team is looking for a highly-skilled, agile Product Manager to join us in transforming the entertainment and fan experience for consumers. This role will work with the Engineering organization to design amazing new product features for our customers. In this role, you will work with all areas of the organization to deliver the Dibbzz user experience and products while simultaneously managing the day to day aspects of the product development.

 

You

  • You have deep understanding of and track record in building great user experiences, disrupting existing providers and delighting customers.
  • You are extremely knowledgeable in consumer products, mobile payments and the fan experience.
    You thrive on building and supporting an innovative team to help them build a great product.
  • You are a team player that motivates team members to achieve great outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Translate customer research into prioritized, actionable stories (tactical and strategic).
  • Develop relationships within the organization and its stakeholders to drive success for the product team and optimizing delivery.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning.
  • Drive a continuous focus on simplifying the fan experience.
  • Provide leadership, transparency and visibility to the product and engineering organizations.

 

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience in driving user experience and mobile payment innovation.
  • Familiarity with mobile payments, ticketing process, loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Understanding of the Agile Development Life-cycle.
  • Experience translating and defining customer requirements and use cases that deliver a simplified user experience.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, distributed team.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field is a plus, but not required.

Agile Engineer

The Dibbzz team is looking for an Agile Engineer to help us in transforming the entertainment and fan experience for consumers. This role will work with the Engineering organization to develop amazing new product features for our customers.

 

You

  • You have deep understanding of mobile and communications technologies including SMS, Messaging, iOS and/or Android applications.
  • You have worked with teams to build great user application experiences, disrupting existing providers and delighting customers.
  • You are extremely knowledgeable in emerging technologies like Chatbots, Twilio and mo bile payment gateways.
  • You are a team player that helps to motivate team members to achieve great outcomes.

 

Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to develop software according to the defined features.
  • Provide guidance to team members and mentor them to achieve the product goals.
  • Create a collaborative environment that fosters autonomy, transparency, innovation and learning.
  • Provide engineering and technology leadership in developing the software and products.

 

Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • Experience in developing applications with a great user experience and innovation in mobile payments.
  • Knowledge and experience in Chatbots, Twilio, Facebook Messenger apps and similar technologies.
  • Understanding of the Agile Development Lifecycle.
  • Ability to work well in a cross-functional, distributed team.
